For 30 years we have maintained our reputation as a leading supplier of ‘Specials’ to healthcare, and as a contract manufacturing service for sterile Clinical Trials medicines.

Established in 1994 by a group of ex-NHS pharmacy staff, we continue to be privately owned and funded. One of the earliest adopters of gassed isolator technology for aseptic manufacture, we have always sought to be innovative in our approach and to find pragmatic solutions. Using this expertise to develop our own pipeline of Nova-branded medicines for niche and rare diseases, and continually exploring the possibilities of novel technologies, such as our HydRIS® platform and spray drying, sets Nova apart as one of the most diversified and visionary pharmaceutical companies in the UK.
